1. Returns (Within 7 Days)

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase only under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Items damaged on arrival

  • Incorrect item received

Not Eligible for Return

  • Change of mind

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software / digital products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Perishable goods

  • Software or operating system issues

  • Physical/electrical damage (burns, power surges, corrosion, liquids, impact, negligence)

Returned items must have:

  • Original packaging

  • All accessories/manuals

  • Matching serial numbers

  • Untampered warranty stickers


2. Refunds

If your return is approved, one of the following will be provided:

  • Repair under warranty

  • Replacement with the same model

  • Replacement with an equivalent model (if original is unavailable)

Refunds are issued only if repair or replacement is impossible and subject to management approval.

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.


3. Warranty Coverage

Warranty periods differ by product and are stated on your invoice.

Warranty is void if:

  • Serial number is removed/tampered

  • Warranty sticker is damaged

  • Product shows physical or electrical damage

  • Unauthorized repairs/modifications were done


4. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:

  2. Provide your original invoice

  3. Explain the issue clearly

  4. Return the item with original packaging

Processing may take up to 30 working days.


5. Important Notice

  • Back up all data before handing over a device

  • Awantech.lk is not responsible for loss of data during repairs or due to hardware failure

  • Damage from lightning, voltage spikes, or external factors is not covered
